  • What is GrubtoGo?
    • GrubtoGo is your connection to great food. We provide one convenient online destination for you to order food from all your favorite restaurants and get it delivered to your home or office in approximately 30 - 60 minutes.

  • Where does GrubtoGo deliver?
    • Enter a delivery address to find a complete list of restaurants available for delivery.

  • When does GrubtoGo deliver?
    • 7 days a week 10:00am - 10:00pm.

  • May I order delivery for one person?
    • Absolutely. Keep in mind, there's a minimum order of $20.00.

  • May I order from multiple restaurants?
    • Yes. You can order from as many restaurants as you like. For the time being, each restaurant will require a separate order and may be delivered separately.

  • Does GrubtoGo accept coupons?
    • No. To ensure our patrons the lowest possible price with every order, we cannot offer additional discounts. We do pass on the savings of any promotional pricing that our drivers receive at the time of purchase. This does not apply to promotions that require paper or electronic coupons.

      We are able to pass on certain promotional pricing to customers, for example: "Taco Tuesday" on Tuesdays.

  • How do I place an online order?
    • To place an order online

      STEP 1: Visit www.grubtogo.com.

      STEP 2: Enter your address to find a complete list of restaurants available for delivery.

      STEP 3: Select the restaurant and items you would like delivered.

      To add an item to your order, click on the item. You can customize each item by increasing or decreasing quantity, adding custom variations and include detailed instructions to the driver or restaurant staff. When you are done customizing the item click the "Add to Cart" button. While the item is added to your cart, you will automatically be brought back to the restaurant’s menu. You can select more items to add to your order, or click the "Checkout" button in the top right portion of the screen.

      STEP 4: Checkout

      If this is your first time ordering, we insist that you register as a user. Your GrubtoGo account setup will prompt you to enter your delivery information, choose a password and enter payment information. Then simply click the "Submit Order" button to instantaneously send your order to the restaurant.

      STEP 5: Success

      When you receive a success page, sit back and relax; delicious things await you. A team member may reach out by phone if we need any assistance with your order. To check the status of your order you may call:

      STEP 2: Order Items You Would Like Delivered

      A team member will inquire from which restaurant you would like to order. Then you can let them know exactly what you’re hungry for.

      STEP 3: Approximate Wait Time

      Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an approximate time of arrival. After that, sit back and relax; delicious things await you.

  • How do I order for a future delivery time?
    • You can schedule advance orders for later in the day or a future date by using the advanced order dropdown located in the top center or top right of your screen. By default, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

  • Do I have to be present to accept deliveries?
    • Somewhat. Someone should answer the door to accept a delivery. For your safety, our drivers will never leave food sitting outside your office or your home...even if you'll be right back.

  • Can I change my order once it's been submitted?
    • Sure. Once your order is submitted, we guarantee at least 5 minutes from the time the order is received to alter items. All orders are passed on to the restaurant and out of our hands within approximately 5 minutes of entering our system. We may be able to arrange with restaurants certain alterations for an extended period of time so give us a call and we'll do our best!

  • How do I know that the restaurant received my order?
    • You’ll know:

      1.) You are redirected to a success page

      2.) We send you a receipt or your order to your email account on file.

  • Who should I call to check the status of my order?

  • What do I do if my food arrived and there is something wrong with my order?
    • If you received delivery and there appears to be a problem with your order, please contact GrubtoGo for an immediate resolution.

  • How much should I tip for delivery?
    • It is customary in the US that delivery people are paid anywhere between 10%-20% of the food/beverage total. When reaching into your wallet, keep in mind that 15% gratuity is added to your order which goes directly to your driver.

      Gratuity amounts to 15% of the retail price of the food or $10.00, whichever is less.

  • How do I use my order history?
    • To view all orders placed through GrubtoGo, just click on “Log-In” in the upper-left of the screen. Your “Order History” will be displayed at the top of your account dashboard. All of your GrubtoGo orders are available to reorder with the click of a link.

  • How do I view/print a receipt?
    • To view a receipt of a past order or print a copy of the receipt from your most recent order, please click on the GrubtoGo order number in the “Order History” section of your Account Dashboard. This will provide you a receipt to view or print.

  • How do I Re-order a past order?
    • To re-order from your order history, simply locate the desired order and click on the "Re-Order" link to the right. This will bring up a window to notify you that you are about to make a new order. Click "Checkout" and you will be directed to an order success page.

  • Payment, Price & Tax Information
  • How much does delivery cost?
    • Our Standard Delivery Rate is $3.99. This includes delivery within 4 miles of the restaurant of your choosing. $1.00 per mile will be charged beyond a 4 mile radius.

      15% Gratuity will be applied to each order, not to exceed $15.00.

  • Are your prices padded?
    • No, our prices are not padded. In fact, if you notice a price disparity between the restaurant menu and our online menu, let us know and we'll correct it.

  • Can we pay with multiple debit/credit cards?
    • Your driver is able to split payment between multiple cards upon arrival. At checkout, authorize a card to submit your order and request to split the check when your driver arrives.

  • How is tax calculated?
    • Sales tax is applied by each restaurant. Your standard delivery rate is a payment that includes tax.

  • How is my total at the door calculated?
    • Simply. We take the price the restaurant charges and add 15% gratuity*. Then, we add our standard delivery rate of $3.99**.

      * Gratuity amounts to 15% of the retail price of the food or $15.00, whichever is less.

      ** Standard delivery includes delivery within four miles. Additional mileage adds $1.00 per mile.

  • Does my delivery person accept tips?
    • The delivery person will graciously accept your money, however, when reaching into your wallet, keep in mind that 15% gratuity is added to your order.

      Gratuity amounts to 15% of the retail price of the food or $15.00, whichever is less.

  • How do I pay?
    • We accept all major credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express).

  • When is my credit card processed?
    • GrubtoGo will authorize your credit card at checkout. Charges may take up to 3 business days to appear on your statement.

  • How much should I tip for delivery?
    • It is customary in the US that delivery people are paid anywhere between 10%-20% of the food/beverage total. When reaching into your wallet, keep in mind that 15% gratuity is added to your order which goes directly to your driver.

  • How is the menu pricing determined?
    • Our menu pricing should be identical to that offered by the restaurant. In the event of disparity we will always use the price the restaurant charges when calculating your total. If you believe the prices you see on GrubtoGo are not consistent with those offered by the restaurant, please notify us by emailing menus@grubtogo.com and we’ll ensure that necessary corrections are made. You can also use the link located at the bottom of each menu to notify us of menu discrepancies.

  • Is there a minimum order?
    • Yes. There's a minimum order of $20.00.

  • How secure is my credit card information on grubtogo.com?
    • It is of paramount importance to us that we maintain a safe environment in which to transact business. We utilize industry leading 256-bit SSL encryption to transmit all personal information. Further, we utilize Authorize.net CIM technology to safely save and retrieve customer profile information, including financial information and personal information via an arbitrary token that provides no useful information to potential cyber predators in the event it should be intercepted in transit.   • How do I Re-order a past order?
    • To view all orders placed through GrubtoGo, just click on “Log-In” in the upper-left of the screen. Your “Order History” will be displayed at the top of your account dashboard. All of your GrubtoGo orders are available to reorder with the click of a link.

  • How do I view / print a receipt?

  • How do I change my credit card information?
    • To change the credit card information associated with your account, Log-In to your account dashboard. Select “Manage Cards” from the section titled Saved Cards and click the edit / delete credit card link; then enter the new information.

  • I forgot my username/password, what do I do?
    • To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link from the Log-In page. You will need to enter your registered email address and then you will receive an email from GrubtoGo that allows you to reset your password.

      To receive your username you can contact customer support.

  • Can I have two GrubtoGo accounts with the same email address?
    • No. Since the email address serves as the login name for your account, you are only allowed to have one GrubtoGo account assigned to an email address. To have another account, you need to register another email address.

  • Can I save my credit card information?
    • Yes. When you reach the payment information step of checkout, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. By default, the box that is labelled "Save Credit Card" will be selected and this feature will save your financial information for future use.

      All financial information is encrypted using industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption and stored securely in the database of an intermediary of a nationally recognized financial institution who is federally insured. As an added safeguard, we implement Authorize.net CIM token technology to transmit your financial information. This means that if a cyber-predator intercepted your encrypted information and un-encrypted it they would receive an arbitrary token which is completely useless.

  • How come you don't have [Restaurant X] listed on GrubtoGo?
    • GrubtoGo is a demand-based system designed to bring you a wide variety of the best delivery restaurants in your area. If you know of another restaurant that you think would be a good addition, just suggest it to us and we'll do our best to add them on.

  • What can I do to help get my favorite restaurant on GrubtoGo?
    • Email customersupport@grubtogo.com. You can also tell the manager at the restaurant that you would love to be able to order from them on GrubtoGo.

  • How do I place a catering order?
    • Start your order by using the Catering portion of any menu. Catering items are almost always located at the bottom of the menu and are not available from every restaurant we service.

      When adding catering menu items be sure to check if the pricing is per person or per tray and adjust the quantity accordingly. Add any special delivery instructions and checkout, just like any other GrubtoGo order.

  • How are catering orders different from other GrubtoGo orders?
    • Catering is ideal when ordering for large groups of people. Whether for a group meal, an office meeting, holiday party, or special event like a birthday celebration or the big game, catering menu items and packages are designed to make group ordering easy and cost-efficient.

  • How can I customize my catering order?
    • If you would like to add special instructions to your order, you can use the "Comments" areas and/or you can make special requests with a member of our Customer Support team at the time of your Confirmation Call.

  • Why don't I see the caterer that I'm looking for?
    • If you know of another restaurant that you would like to see, please suggest it to us and we'll do our best to add them. We are adding new catering restaurants every week, so check back for updates.
